Shipping policy:

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

This includes sale and special shoes too.

We will order out-of-stock items for you (may not apply to sale items) and ship them separately from the rest of your order, with no extra shipping charge to you.

Please allow up to an extra two weeks for shipping on back ordered items. Many of the products that we sell and that you love, come from Europe. They are the best and are worth waiting for.

Shipping Options (USA Only)

Standard - Any address, 2-10 days. Standard orders are shipped out within two business days from the time we receive them. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Order in the Continental U.S: FREE
All orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will be charged an additional $30 shipping charge.

Expedited Shipping - Please call our store for expedited shipping options.

For calculation purposes the total sale amount for free shipping is the sub total before taxes.

Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 7 business days of the receipt of the product. No returns will be accepted without an assigned RMA number. The product must be returned to us within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging along with a copy of your receipt. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. All returned merchandise must be in an unworn and undamaged condition, including the packaging.

We want you to be satisfied and will gladly provide a full refund, or exchange for any product that arrives under these conditions.

Any shoe that is returned for an exchange, we will ship the replacement to you at no charge regular ground shipping to US addresses only, no PO Boxes.
